A piece of equipment at the relay servicing Dry Creek, Wall Road, Mount Veeder, parts of Atlas Peak, and South Napa to Yountville failed earlier this morning. As a result, customers in these areas are currently experiencing degraded service. Technicians are scheduled to arrive before noon. We expect to have the issue resolved, or provide a further update, by 1:30 PM today.
